Special instructions: Do not use in the car!
For best results: For the first week, practice daily with Track #2 (Guided Meditation on Breath and Tension Release). Add just 1 track after that if you want. Second week, combine with other tracks as needed. If you just do two tracks a day, you can do 18 minutes in one session, or 9 minutes in the morning, and 9 minutes later in the day.
