May our music enhance your spiritual practices, healing and relaxation. In some of these tracks, you'll hear my over 3 octave range (spanning from low baritone to high soprano), and musical styles from more operatic and Cantorial, to folk world music. All vocals are mine.

These live improvisations were done in a mood of meditative inspiration. They arose from my experiences chanting divine names and performing Hebrew and Hindu sacred music. I present them with minimal cuts, as they occurred. Behold Your Beauty (#2) and #8 Protect Us Lord, also had improvised English lyrics that came to me during the recording session.

I was supported by the wonderful instrumental accompaniments created on the spot by the genius of my brother, Itaal Shur.

About Itaal Shur, featured Artist on instrumentals: Itaal is a well-known composer and producer of such artists as Jewel and Maxwell, and a Grammy Award winner for Best Song 2000 "Smooth" (Santana's album "Supernatural").

This is a digital-release of a CD we made in 2006.

Calling on our professional musical experiences and shared background in Hebrew and Hindu sacred chants, the improvisations flowed with very little pre-planning. It was an inspirational experience for both of us. We could feel the Divine spirit guiding our musical collaboration.

This recording was made as an offering to my Meditation and Spiritual Master, who awakened the Divine flame in my heart and opened my eyes to the eternal nature of our being.
